The Acronym:

RSASR+IINTERO

RSASR stands for Regulation, Safety, Attention, Stress Reactivity — the foundational pillars of a resilient, adaptable nervous system.

INTERO refers to Interoception: the body’s internal perception system — your felt sense of breath, heartbeat, tension, readiness, stillness, and flow.

 

Together, they form a system that trains the human body like an instrument:

 

  • tuned through breath and attention,

  • strengthened by functional, grounded movement,

  • and played through presence, awareness, and rhythm.

Not Therapy. Not Biohacking. Something Deeper.

RSASR+INTERO is not a mental health protocol or a fitness trend — it’s an embodied reeducation. The method draws on neurophysiology, gait mechanics, HRV training, breath regulation, strength and sprint work, and fascia-informed movement.
